About your instructor: Tina Haskim

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry since 2001, owning a successful fitness studio for 13 years before selling it in 2019 to take my coaching online.

Now, as a business owner running two companies, I know first hand how easy it is to fall off track—I did for two years while building my businesses. But my 15-minute workouts were a lifesaver, helping me get back on track without the overwhelm.

They’ve done the same for my clients who work long hours or are just starting out. I’m based in Parry Sound, but in the winter, you’ll find me in Turks & Caicos, soaking up the sun with my BF & rescue pup, Benji. My world revolves around yoga & fitness, family, friends, and helping busy women feel amazing in their bodies—without spending hours working out! 💙💪
