Hi, I’m Tina Haskim — a strength & movement coach, yoga instructor, and wellness professional with 23+ years of experience helping women build strength, confidence & consistency through joint friendly workouts built for busy schedules and real life.

After rebuilding my own strength and energy with simple 15–30 minute workouts, I now help busy women feel strong, capable & like themselves again — with a routine they can actually stick to.
